Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
2. Add rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda and ground cinnamon to a clean small bowl
3. Mix until combined
4. Add unsalted butter and avocado to a clean stand mixer bowl
5. Beat until smooth
6. Add white sugar and brown sugar to the dough
7. Cream
8. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough
9. Beat
10. Transfer half of dry ingredients to dough
11. Mix carefully
12. Transfer the rest of dry ingredients to dough
13. Mix carefully
14. Add chocolate chips to the dough and fold in
15. Form into balls
16. Transfer dough to baking sheet
17. Sprinkle with sea salt
18. Bake and let cool - 10 min, 190°C
