  2. Line a muffin pan in paper liners
  3. Get a clean medium bowl
  4. Add room temperature salted butter
  5. Add all purpose flour
  6. Add light brown sugar
  7. Add ground cinnamon
  8. Add rolled oats

  10. Get a clean small bowl
  11. Add salted butter
  12. Melt in microwave on low heat and set aside
  13. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  14. Add banana
  15. Mash
  16. Add granulated sugar
  17. Add egg
  18. Transfer butter to batter and mix
  19. Get a clean medium bowl
  20. Add all purpose flour
  21. Add baking powder
  22. Add baking soda
  23. Add salt
  24. Whisk briefly until blended
  25. Fold dry ingredients into batter briefly
  26. Spoon batter into muffin pan
  27. Sprinkle topping with muffin pan
  28. Bake for 22min until skewer tests clean
