Step preview

  1. Get a clean large resealable plastic bag
  2. Add olive oil
  3. Add soy sauce
  4. Add rice vinegar
  5. Add brown sugar
  6. Add minced garlic
  7. Add minced ginger
  8. Add black pepper
  9. Add chopped scallion
  10. Mix until combined
  11. Add salmon filet
  12. Marinate in fridge for approx 24h
  13. Pre-heat
  14. Transfer fish to glass baking dish
  15. Bake for 30min
  16. Get a clean small bowl
  17. Add soy sauce
  18. Add sriracha sauce
  19. Add honey
  20. Add sesame seeds
  21. Mix until combined
  22. Transfer glaze to fish
