Step preview

  1. Line a springform pan with parchment paper
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add all purpose flour
  4. Add diced salted butter
  5. Add granulated sugar
  6. Add baking powder
  7. Add vanilla extract
  8. Blend until dough forms
  9. Press pie crust into springform pan
  10. Chill in fridge for 30min
  11. Pre-heat
  12. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  13. Add crème fraîche
  14. Add egg yolk
  15. Add granulated sugar
  16. Mix until well combined
  17. Spread mixture with springform pan evenly
  18. Get a clean small bowl
  19. Add blueberries
  20. Press fruit into springform pan
  21. Bake for 15min
  22. Reduce
  23. Bake for 15min until set
  24. Let cool completely
