  • Golden caster sugar icon

    60 g (about ¼ cup)

  • Loose thai tea icon
    Loose thai tea

    60 g (about 25 cups)

    200 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Condensed milk icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add star anise pod, vanilla bean, golden caster sugar, loose thai tea and water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Boil - approx 10 min, 100°C, speed 1
  • 3. Infuse - 15 min
  • 4. Strain
  • 5. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Add single cream and condensed milk to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
  • 8. Chill in fridge - approx 3 hr
  • 9. Serve with ice
