- Star anise pod
10 (about 8 g)
- Vanilla bean
1 (about 3 g)
- Golden caster sugar
60 g (about ¼ cup)
- Loose thai tea
60 g (about 25 cups)
- Water
1 L (about 1 kg)
- Water
as needed
- Single cream
200 g (about ¾ cup)
- Condensed milk
200 g (about ¾ cup)
- Ice
as needed
INGREDIENTS
- 1. Add star anise pod, vanilla bean, golden caster sugar, loose thai tea and water to the TM5 bowl
- 2. Boil - approx 10 min, 100°C, speed 1
- 3. Infuse - 15 min
- 4. Strain
- 5. Add water to the TM5 bowl
- 6. Add single cream and condensed milk to the TM5 bowl
- 7. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 8
- 8. Chill in fridge - approx 3 hr
- 9. Serve with ice
