  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add room temperature unsalted butter
  4. Mix until smooth
  5. Retrieve large mixing bowl
  6. Add grated parmesan cheese
  7. Add sea salt
  8. Add minced fresh thyme
  9. Add freshly ground black pepper
  10. Mix until just combined
  11. Retrieve large mixing bowl
  12. Add all purpose flour gradually while mixing
  13. Form into a ball
  14. Refrigerate in fridge for 30min
  15. Pre-heat
  16. Roll out on lightly-floured surface
  17. Cut into squares
  18. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  19. Bake for 20min until golden brown
  20. Transfer to cooling rack
