When a nutritious and delicious quick salad is required this can become your go to! Made in literally minutes, and so yum, the entire mob will love it.

    Method

  • 1. Add anchovies, garlic clove, English mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil and avocado to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  • 3. Remove from bowl and set aside
  • 4. Add brussels sprouts to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop with MC in place - approx 2 sec, speed 5
  • 6. Remove from the bowl and add to the dressing
  • 7. Add kale to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Chop with MC in place - approx 2 sec, speed 5
  • 9. Remove from the bowl and add to the salad
  • 10. Toss the salad together with all of the dressing
  • 11. Assemble the salad on a large platter and top with croutons and shaved parmesan
  • 12. Serve within an hour or two of making
