    METHOD


  • 1. Add anchovies, garlic clove, English mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil and avocado to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 8
  • 3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to medium glass bowl
  • 4. Add brussels sprouts to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop - approx 2 sec, speed 5
  • 6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to salad
  • 7. Add kale to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Chop - approx 2 sec, speed 5
  • 9. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to salad
  • 10. Toss with slotted spoon
  • 11. Transfer salad to serving plate
  • 12. Top with parmesan cheese and croutons
  • 13. Serve
