Method
1. Divide the dough into 2 pieces for thick crust or 4 pieces for thin crust. Roll each piece out on floured baking paper, cover, allow to double in size
2. Preheat pizza stone in the hottest oven possible on a bread baking setting if available. You should at least try a minimum of 220ºC. Hotter is better
3. Place garlic, Parmesan and Jarlsberg into Thermomix bowl
4. Mill 10 sec/speed 10
5. Transfer contents of work surface to pizza stone
6. Bake each piece of dough approx 5-6 minutes until puffed and starting to colour around the edges particularly
7. Remove from oven and cover with grated cheese mixture
8. Arrange sliced stracchino over the top
9. Return to the oven for around 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden
10. Slice tomatoes and chop parsley
11. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
12. Season a clean pizza stone to taste with pink Himalayan salt flakes and black pepper
