    INGREDIENTS


  • Butternut squash icon
    Butternut squash

    1 (about 600 g)peeled, finely sliced

  • Mozzarella cheese icon
    Mozzarella cheese

    100 g (about ¾)cubed

  • Cheddar cheese icon

    100 g (about 1 cup)cubed

  • Parmesan cheese icon

    50 g (about ¼ cup)cubed

  • Bolognese sauce icon
    Bolognese sauce

    500 g (about 2 cups)

  • Baby spinach icon

    200 g (about 6 ½ cups)

  • Pasta sheets icon

    511 g (about 18 ¼)

  • Ricotta cheese icon
    Ricotta cheese

    500 g (about 2 cups)

  • Fresh basil icon

    1 cup (about 43 g)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  • 2. Add Bolognese Sauce to a clean saucepan
  • 3. Heat then set aside
  • 4. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 5. Add butternut squash to the baking sheet
  • 6. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  • 7. Roast - 20 min, 180°C
  • 8. Add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  • 9. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 10. Transfer sauce to baking dish
  • 11. Arrange pasta sheets in the baking dish
  • 12. Transfer one third of cheese mixture to baking dish
  • 13. Arrange half of roasted vegetables in baking dish
  • 14. Add baby spinach to the baking dish
  • 15. Arrange pasta sheets in the baking dish
  • 16. Transfer half of cheese mixture to baking dish
  • 17. Transfer the rest of roasted vegetables to baking dish
  • 18. Add baby spinach to the baking dish
  • 19. Arrange pasta sheets in the baking dish
  • 20. Add ricotta cheese to the baking dish
  • 21. Sprinkle the rest of cheese mixture with baking dish
  • 22. Garnish with fresh basil
  • 23. Bake until golden brown - 1 hr, 180°C
  • 24. Let cool
  • 25. Serve
