The quickest, yet most amazingly delish dinner yet. Apart from making your own pasta of course. But you do deserve to try homemade pasta at least once

  • Salmon filet icon

    240 g (about 1 ¾)sliced

  • Lemon icon

    1 (about 58 g)zest of

  • Parmesan cheese icon
    Parmesan cheese

    40 g (about ¼ cup)grated

  • Butter icon
    Butter

    100 g (about ½ cup)

  • Fresh sage icon
    Fresh sage

    20 (about 6 g)

  • Sea salt icon
    Sea salt

    as needed

  • Water icon

    3 L (about 12 ½ cups)

  • Pasta icon
    Pasta

    500 g (about 5 ¾ cups)

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 50°C
  • 2. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  • 3. Heat in frying pan until melted
  • 4. Add fresh sage to the frying pan
  • 5. Fry in frying pan until crispy
  • 6. Add salmon filet to the frying pan
  • 7. Fry one by one in frying pan until crispy - approx 2 min
  • 8. Keep dish warm in the oven
  • 9. Add sea salt and water to a clean large saucepan and bring to a boil
  • 10. Add pasta to the large saucepan
  • 11. Cook until al dente
  • 12. Serve sauce and salmon over the cooked pasta
  • 13. Serve
  • 14. Garnish with lemon and parmesan cheese
