There is nothing quite as simply delicious as silky homemade pasta Straight from the roller to the boil or dry it out. It's hard to go back to bought.

  • Italian 00 flour icon
    Italian 00 flour500 g
  • Egg icon

  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon

    Method

  • 1. Add bread flour, egg and salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC on - 6 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Knead - approx 3 min, dough (Interval)
  • 4. Remove dough from bowl, wrap and rest for at least 30 minutes
  • 5. Using a pasta roller, roll and laminate the pasta dough several times before cutting into desired pasta shape
  • 6. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for approximately 2-3 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  • 7. Toss through the sauce of choice and serve with plenty of grated parmesan cheese
