There is nothing quite as simply delicious as silky homemade pasta Straight from the roller to the boil or dry it out. It's hard to go back to bought.

    INGREDIENTS


  • Bread flour icon
    Bread flour

    300 g (about 2 ½ cups)

  • Egg icon
    Egg

    3 (about 150 g)

  • Sea salt icon
    Sea salt

    1 pinch

    METHOD


  • 1. Add bread flour, egg and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Knead - approx 2 min, dough
  • 4. Flour a clean work surface
  • 5. Transfer dough to work surface
  • 6. Knead into a ball
  • 7. Wrap with plastic wrap
  • 8. Let rest - 10 min
  • 9. Divide into pieces with dough scraper
  • 10. Roll out
  • 11. Slice
  • 12. Cook
  • 13. Serve
