Step preview

  1. Add golden caster sugar and lemon to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  4. Then add baking powder, butter and sea salt to the dough
  5. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  6. Then add all purpose flour and milk to the dough
  7. Blend - approx 6 sec, speed 6
  8. Line the varoma tray with parchment paper
  9. Roll dough into rectangles
  10. Transfer dough to varoma tray
  11. Add lemon juice, water and raw cane sugar to the TM5 bowl
  12. Steam varoma tray - approx 20 min, varoma, speed 4
  13. Serve
