    1 teaspoon (about 6 g)

    400 g (about 1 ½ cups)

    1 L (about 4 ¼ cups)

    METHOD


  • 1. Grease 8 clean Dariole molds
  • 2. Add dates to the TM5 bowl
  • 3. Chop - approx 6 min, speed 6
  • 4. Then add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Heat - approx 5 min, 100°C, speed 1
  • 6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 4
  • 7. Then add baking soda to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Mix then set aside - approx 4 sec, speed 2
  • 9. Transfer date mixture to small bowl
  • 10. Let cool until room temperature
  • 11. Add coconut sugar and butter to the TM5 bowl
  • 12. Blend - approx 3 min, speed 6
  • 13. Whisk until light and fluffy - approx 1 min, speed 4
  • 14. Then add egg and all purpose flour to the TM5 bowl
  • 15. Mix - approx 20 sec, speed 4
  • 16. Then add vanilla bean paste, salted caramel sauce, sea salt and all purpose flour to the TM5 bowl
  • 17. Transfer date mixture to TM5 bowl
  • 18. Blend - approx 5 sec, speed 4
  • 19. Divide content of TM5 bowl between 8 Dariole molds evenly
  • 20. Rinse TM5 bowl
  • 21. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 22. Arrange the varoma dish
  • 23. Steam Dariole molds - approx 25 min, Varoma, speed 4
  • 24. Turn out
  • 25. Serve
