- Cacao nibs50 groasted
- Unsalted butter150 gdiced
- Icing sugar20 g
- Vanilla bean paste1 teaspoon
- Pink himalayan salt flakes1 pinch
Ingredients
- 1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix bowl
- 2. Blend with MC in place 10 sec, speed 6
- 3. Roll into a sausage shape and wrap in baking paper. Keep refrigerated until use
