I do love a good dressing on almost everything. This would be spectacular with chips, of course it is amazing on all sorts of salads, with chicken etc.

  • Lemon icon

    ⅛ teaspoon

  • Egg yolk icon

    2 (about 40 g)

  • Apple cider vinegar icon

    1 tablespoon (about 16 g)

  • Dijon mustard icon
    Dijon mustard

    1 teaspoon (about 5 g)

  • Sundried tomato icon

    40 g (about 2 ¼)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon
    Extra virgin olive oil

    200 g (about 1 cup)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add garlic clove, fresh rosemary and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  • 3. Then add egg yolk, apple cider vinegar and dijon mustard to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Mix - approx 1 min, speed 5
  • 5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 6. Add sundried tomato to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Chop - approx 30 sec, speed 6
  • 8. Add extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl while machine is running
  • 9. Blend - approx 2 min 30 sec, speed 4
  • 10. Then add lemon to the TM5 bowl
  • 11. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 4
  • 12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  • 13. Store in fridge
