  • Scallion icon
    Scallion

    3 (about 45 g)

  • Unsalted butter icon

    250 g (about 1 cup)

  • Miso paste icon

    100 g (about ¼ cup)

  • Ground turmeric icon
    Ground turmeric

    1 teaspoon (about 2 g)

  • Black pepper icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add scallion to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  • 4. Add unsalted butter, miso paste and ground turmeric to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Add black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 9. Transfer onions to TM5 bowl
  • 10. Stir - approx 4 sec, speed 6
  • 11. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  • 12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  • 13. Roll into a log
  • 14. Store in fridge
