Step preview

  1. Add scallion to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  5. Add unsalted butter, miso paste and ground turmeric to the TM5 bowl
  6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  8. Add black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  9. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  10. Transfer onions to TM5 bowl
  11. Stir - approx 4 sec, speed 6
  12. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  13. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  14. Roll into a log
  15. Store in fridge
