Super simple salads are always the best. No need to sweat up a storm in the kitchen, this can be done in minutes on a BBQ or cooktop.

    METHOD


  • 1. Add ginger, lemongrass stalk, kaffir lime leaves, fresh chili, garlic clove, coconut sugar, sea salt, fish sauce, lemon, extra virgin olive oil and mint leaves to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 7
  • 3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large mixing bowl then set aside
  • 4. Add chinese cabbage to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 4
  • 6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to serving plate
  • 7. Add spinach to the serving plate on top
  • 8. Pre-heat a clean large cast iron skillet - high heat
  • 9. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  • 10. Add chicken breast to the chicken
  • 11. Cook until lightly browned - high heat
  • 12. Cook until cooked through and cover - medium heat
  • 13. Remove
  • 14. Add avocado and mango to the dressing
  • 15. Mix until combined
  • 16. Slice chicken diagonally
  • 17. Transfer chicken to serving plate
  • 18. Arrange dressing in serving plate
  • 19. Serve with noodles
