Method
1. Add salted butter, garlic clove and red onion to the TM5 bowl
2. Chop with MC in place - approx 2 sec, speed 6
3. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
4. Add mushrooms, seasoning, thyme sprigs, water and chicken stock powder
5. Cook - approx 8 min, 100°C, reverse speed 0.5
6. Then add chicken breast and single cream to the TM5 bowl
7. Cook - approx 6 min, 100°C, reverse speed 0.5
8. Add as much spinach or rocket as you can fit into the bowl and put the lid back on
9. Allow the greens to wilt without stirring any further
10. Add lemon to the TM5 bowl
11. Serve immediately with mash, noodles or any veggies of choice
