Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. This is a quickie and perfect for the middle of the week when time is at its shortest and the kids are hungriest!

  • Red onion icon

    300 g (about 10)sliced

  • Salt & pepper icon

    1 pinch

  • Fresh thyme icon

    4 sprigs

    150 g (about ½ cup)

  • Chicken stock icon

    2 tablespoons (about 30 ml)

  • Single cream icon

    140 g (about ½ cup)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add salted butter, garlic clove and red onion to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop - approx 2 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 4. Then add button mushroom to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Season with salt & pepper
  • 6. Add fresh thyme, water and chicken stock to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Cook - approx 8 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  • 8. Then add chicken breast and single cream to the TM5 bowl
  • 9. Cook - approx 6 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  • 10. Then add spinach to the TM5 bowl and cover
  • 11. Wilt
  • 12. Add lemon to the TM5 bowl
  • 13. Serve
