    60 g (about 2 ¼)

    100 g (about ½ cup)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add garlic clove, scallion, rosemary, lemon, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 20 sec, speed 10
  • 3. Add chicken leg to a clean large resealable plastic bag
  • 4. Transfer marinade to chicken
  • 5. Marinate in fridge - approx 4 hr
  • 6. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 7. Brush a clean ceramic baking dish with olive oil
  • 8. Transfer chicken to ceramic baking dish
  • 9. Roast until browned - 30 min, 200°C
  • 10. Remove
  • 11. Cover with foil
  • 12. Serve with black olives
