Slow cooking white chocolate caramelizes it to a roasted caramel treat with all the creaminess of white chocolate. Perfect as a gift!

  • White chocolate icon
    White chocolate250 gbroken up
  • Vanilla bean paste icon
    Vanilla bean paste1 teaspoon
  • Dried cranberries icon
    Dried cranberries30 g
  • Pistachios icon
    Pistachios30 g
  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon
    Pink himalayan salt flakesas needed
  • Ground cinnamon icon

    Method

  • 1. Add white chocolate and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook for 35 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Pour onto silicone baking mat
  • 5. Add dried cranberries and pistachios to the mixture and press down
  • 6. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt flakes and ground cinnamon
  • 7. Set completely at room temperature…this will take several hours
