Super easy and quick scones with a light, delicate texture. Filled with tart juicy cranberries, orange zest, and orange blossom water for extra flavor. A favorite for holiday brunches and sharing!

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Whisk together
  • 5. Add unsalted butter to the dough
  • 6. Rub in until coarse crumbs form
  • 7. Add orange and buttermilk to the dough
  • 8. Add orange blossom water to the baking sheet
  • 9. Add cranberries to the dough and mix
  • 10. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  • 11. Cut out
  • 12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 13. Brush with unsalted butter
  • 14. Sprinkle with sugar
  • 15. Bake - 20 min, 200°C
