  • Carrot icon

    80 g (about 1 ⅔)cubed

    250 g (about ¼)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add pineapple, carrot, coconut water, shredded coconut, honey, chia seeds, ground turmeric and ice to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 10
  • 3. Serve immediately
