  • Brown rice icon

    1100ml (4½ cups)
  • Strawberries icon
    250g (about 1½ cups)
  • Vanilla bean paste icon

    2 tsp (11g)
  • Sea salt icon

    1 pinch
  • Maple syrup icon
    Maple syrup
    35ml (2½ tbsp)

Step preview

  1. Add brown rice to the simmering basket
  2. Rinse with water
  3. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  4. Steam rice and let cool - approx 30 min, 100°C, speed 4
  5. Drain TM5 bowl
  6. Transfer rice to TM5 bowl
  7. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  8. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  9. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 10
  10. Strain with muslin cloth
  11. Return
  12. Add strawberries, vanilla bean paste, sea salt, maple syrup and water to the TM5 bowl
  13. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 10
  14. Serve
