A very quick blueberry smoothie that will calm your morning right down. The Soothie! Better than a smoothie!

  • Blueberries icon
    Blueberries

    300 g (about 2 cups)

  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt

    200 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Baby spinach icon

    100 g (about ¾)

  • Mint icon

    1 tablespoon (about 2 g)

  • Flaxseeds icon

    50 g (about ¼ cup)

  • Coconut water icon

    100 ml (about 100 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add blueberries, greek yogurt, baby spinach, banana, mint, flaxseeds and coconut water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend until smooth - approx 1 min, speed 10
  • 3. Serve
