A very quick blueberry smoothie that will calm your morning right down. The Soothie! Better than a smoothie!

  • Mint leaves icon

    Method

  • 1. Add blueberries, greek yogurt, baby spinach, banana, mint leaves, flaxseeds and coconut water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend until smooth with MC in place 1 min, speed 10
  • 3. Serve
