If you are after a cooling drink for those curry nights, this is the ticket. And so pretty as well! We have used Thai basil, but you can use any basil.

    INGREDIENTS


  • Pistachios icon
    Pistachios

    20 g (about 2 ⅝ tablespoons)shelled, coarsely chopped

  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt

    500 g (about 2 ¼ cups)

  • Milk icon

    200 ml (about ¾ cup)

  • Thai basil icon

    50 g (about 2 ⅜ tablespoons)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add greek yogurt, milk, Thai basil and honey to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend until well combined - speed 10
  • 3. Then garnish with pistachios
