Method
1. Add golden caster sugar to a clean frying pan
2. Fry until completely melted while stirring occasionally - 10 min, medium heat
3. Transfer content of frying pan to round pan
4. Let cool completely
5. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
6. Add milk, condensed milk, egg, egg yolk, cornflour, single cream, orange, ground cinnamon and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
7. Blend - approx 15 sec, speed 10
8. Transfer custard to caramel
9. Place caramel on baking dish
10. Add water to the baking dish halfway
11. Bake until set - 45 min, 160°C
12. Let cool completely
13. Refrigerate in fridge - 4 hr
14. Serve
