One of my all time favourite desserts has to be a flan & this delicious cinnamony and orange version is amazing! What's not to love about that combo?

  • Condensed milk icon

    Method

  • 1. Add golden caster sugar to a clean frying pan
  • 2. Fry until completely melted while stirring occasionally - 10 min, medium heat
  • 3. Transfer content of frying pan to round pan
  • 4. Let cool completely
  • 5. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  • 6. Add milk, condensed milk, egg, egg yolk, cornflour, single cream, orange, ground cinnamon and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Blend - approx 15 sec, speed 10
  • 8. Transfer custard to caramel
  • 9. Place caramel on baking dish
  • 10. Add water to the baking dish halfway
  • 11. Bake until set - 45 min, 160°C
  • 12. Let cool completely
  • 13. Refrigerate in fridge - 4 hr
  • 14. Serve
