    200 g (about 1 ½ cups)

    700 g (about 3 cups)

    30 g (about 3 ¾ tablespoons)

  • Coconut sugar icon

    100 g (about ½ cup)

  • Cinnamon stick icon

    2 cups (about 480 g)

  • Frozen strawberries icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add white rice, cashew nuts and water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Soak - approx 8 hr
  • 3. Add sesame seeds, coconut sugar, cinnamon stick and water to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  • 5. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 9
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 9
  • 8. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 9. Drain with sieve
  • 10. Serve with frozen strawberries
