    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat broiler - medium-high heat
  • 2. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 3. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  • 4. Boil - approx 8 min, Varoma, speed 4
  • 5. Add potato to the varoma dish
  • 6. Steam until tender - approx 25 min, Varoma, speed 4
  • 7. Transfer potatoes to plate
  • 8. Drain TM5 bowl
  • 9. Add parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Blitz - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
  • 12. Add cilantro, extra virgin olive oil, taco seasoning and garlic to the TM5 bowl
  • 13. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 7
  • 14. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 15. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 16. Add ear of corn to a clean baking sheet
  • 17. Grill evenly - medium-high heat
  • 18. Shuck
  • 19. Transfer content of varoma dish to TM5 bowl
  • 20. Transfer half of cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  • 21. Blend - approx 7 sec, speed 7
  • 22. Blend - approx 7 sec, reverse speed 7
  • 23. Then stir in chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, mayonnaise, canned red kidney beans, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, grape tomato, avocado and green onion to the TM5 bowl
  • 24. Transfer the rest of cheese mixture to TM5 bowl
  • 25. Serve with sour cream
