Creamy, tasty and dairy-free, this quick and easy almond porridge is perfect for a cold winter's morning.

    1 teaspoon (about 6 g)

  • Ground cinnamon icon

    ½ teaspoon (about 1 g)

  • Raspberries icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add almonds to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 7
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Add coconut cream, sea salt, vanilla bean paste and ground cinnamon to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Cook - approx 16 min, 90°C, reverse speed 1
  • 6. Let rest until thickened
  • 7. Serve with mango, raspberries, blueberries and coconut cream
  • 8. Drizzle with honey
  • 9. Top with pistachios
