  • Amaretto icon

    2 teaspoons (about 9 g)

  • Greek yogurt icon

    50 g (about 3 ⅜ tablespoons)

    ½ cup (about 52 g)

  • Shredded coconut icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add plum, caster sugar, amaretto and vanilla extract to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 10 min, 90°C, reverse speed 1
  • 3. Let cool
  • 4. Divide fruit between 4 jars
  • 5. Add greek yogurt and granola to the jars
  • 6. Garnish with blueberries
  • 7. Top with shredded coconut
  • 8. Sprinkle with chocolate 70%
  • 9. Serve
