  20. Mix gently until just combined
  21. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  22. Bake for 45min until skewer tests clean
  23. Let cool for 5min
  24. Transfer to cooling rack
  25. Get a clean medium bowl
  26. Add mascarpone cheese
  27. Add molasses
  28. Add strong coffee
  29. Add powdered sugar
  30. Mix until smooth then set aside
  31. Get a clean small bowl

  35. Assemble cake
  36. Spread filling with loaf pan
  37. Drizzle loaf pan with glaze
  38. Decorate with walnuts
