Tender chunks of fish and potato in a spiced, flavorful broth. This soup will warm you from the inside out. Feel free to bump up the heat with extra chili flakes if you like your food extra spicy.

    METHOD


  • 1. Heat olive oil to a clean large saucepan
  • 2. Add garlic clove to the large saucepan
  • 3. Cook - 30 sec
  • 4. Stir in fish stock, ground cumin and red pepper flakes to the soup
  • 5. Season with salt & pepper
  • 6. Add new potatoes to the soup
  • 7. Boil
  • 8. Reduce
  • 9. Simmer - 12 min
  • 10. Add tomato and fish fillet to the soup
  • 11. Cook until cooked through - 5 min
  • 12. Add lemon juice to the soup
  • 13. Season
  • 14. Get a clean medium bowl
  • 15. Ladle soup into medium bowl
  • 16. Serve
  • 17. Garnish with mint and cilantro
