  • Fish fillet icon

    283.75 g (about 1 ⅔)boned, diced

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat broiler - high heat
  • 2. Add garlic clove, shallot, lemongrass stalk, ground turmeric, fresh chili, ground ginger and salt & pepper to a clean food processor bowl
  • 3. Process
  • 4. Add peanut oil and fish sauce to the spices
  • 5. Process until thickened while machine is running
  • 6. Transfer spices to medium bowl
  • 7. Add fish fillet to the fish
  • 8. Toss and cover
  • 9. Refrigerate in fridge - 15 min
  • 10. Arrange
  • 11. Line a clean baking pan with foil
  • 12. Transfer fish to baking pan
  • 13. Broil evenly until browned - high heat
  • 14. Sprinkle with cilantro
  • 15. Serve
