This quick and easy stir-fry is ready in no time making it the perfect midweek meal. The steak cooks fast, so prepare all your ingredients before you start to avoid overcooking it.

  • Udon noodles icon

    113.5 g (about ½ cup)cooked

    340.5 g (about 1 ¾)sliced

    2 tablespoons (about 27.6 g)

  • Ginger icon

    1 teaspoon (about 1.85 g)finely grated

  • Garlic clove icon

    2 (about 12 g)sliced

  • Collard greens icon

    2 cups (about 110.4 g)chopped

  • Teriyaki sauce icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add vegetable oil to a clean frying pan
  • 2. Heat
  • 3. Add steak to the frying pan
  • 4. Cook until browned - 1 min
  • 5. Transfer meat to plate then set aside
  • 6. Add ginger, garlic clove and collard greens to the frying pan
  • 7. Fry in frying pan - approx 3 min
  • 8. Transfer meat to stir fry
  • 9. Add teriyaki sauce and udon noodles to the stir fry
  • 10. Cook in frying pan until heated through
  • 11. Garnish with sesame seeds
  • 12. Serve immediately
