Flaky Butter Pie Crust

Flaky pie crust is seriously the best dessert invention ever. No sugar, buttery, feather light. It is really the way to go for most of my pies!
- Water
as neededcold
- Butter
50 g (about 3 ½ tablespoons)
- Coconut oil
50 g (about 3 ⅝ tablespoons)
- All purpose flour
180 g (about 1 ½ cups)
- Sea salt
1 pinch
- Apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons (about 10 g)
INGREDIENTS
- 1. Add butter, coconut oil, all purpose flour, sea salt and apple cider vinegar to the TM5 bowl
- 2. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 6
- 3. Add water to the TM5 bowl while blending
- 4. Mix - approx 5 sec, speed 7
- 5. Form into a ball
- 6. Wrap with plastic wrap
- 7. Chill in fridge - approx 20 min
