    METHOD


  • 1. Add butter, single cream, dark brown sugar, vanilla bean paste and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 12 min, Varoma, speed 2
  • 3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  • 4. Store in fridge
