  • Garlic clove icon

    200 g (about ¾ cup)

    1 teaspoon (about 2 g)

    1 teaspoon (about 2 g)

  • Garlic powder icon

    1 teaspoon (about 3 g)

  • Sea salt icon

    2 teaspoons (about 13 g)

  • Coconut sugar icon
    Coconut sugar

    30 g (about 2 ⅜ tablespoons)

  • Apple cider vinegar icon

    100 g (about ½ cup)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Add dry mustard, water, ground turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, coconut sugar and apple cider vinegar to the sauce
  • 5. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Cook - approx 1 hr, 80°C, speed 2
  • 8. Let cool
  • 9. Transfer sauce to jar
  • 10. Store in fridge
