  • Gorgonzola cheese icon
    Gorgonzola cheese

    150 g (about 127)cubed

  • Nutmeg icon

  • Vegetable stock icon
    Vegetable stock

    300 ml (about 300 g)

  • Gnocchi icon
    Gnocchi

    500 g (about 3 ¼ cups)

  • Double cream icon
    Double cream

    3 tablespoons (about 45 g)

  • Baby spinach icon
    Baby spinach

    250 g (about 8 cups)

  • Black pepper icon
    Black pepper

    METHOD


  • 1. Add vegetable stock to a clean large saucepan
  • 2. Boil
  • 3. Add gnocchi to the large saucepan
  • 4. Cook until tender - 3 min
  • 5. Add gorgonzola cheese, double cream and nutmeg to the large saucepan
  • 6. Stir until completely melted
  • 7. Add baby spinach to the large saucepan
  • 8. Stir until heated through
  • 9. Serve
  • 10. Season with black pepper
