Chocolate and peanut butter are a match made in heaven, and these iconic American candies couldn't be simpler to make.

  • Peanut butter icon

  • Dark chocolate icon
    Dark chocolate400 g
  • Vanilla bean paste icon
    Vanilla bean paste1 tablespoon
  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon

    Method

  • 1. Add peanut butter, dark chocolate and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Melt for 30 min, 38°C, speed 1
  • 3. Meanwhile, prepare a muffin tin with either silicone liners or paper liners
  • 4. Spread a little of the melted mixture into the base of each of the liners
  • 5. Spoon a tsp peanut butter into the centre of each and spread as evenly as you can
  • 6. Top each with the remaining chocolate mixture and sprinkle with a little pink salt
  • 7. Chill in fridge until set
  • 8. Serve
