A perfect start to the day, oatmeal contains whole grain oats that are high in protein and fiber. This recipe uses a mix of milk and water, for a light but creamy breakfast in minutes.

  • Rolled oats icon

    160 g (about 1 cup)

  • Milk icon

    400 g (about 1 ¾ cups)

  • Water icon

    200 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Sea salt icon

    1 teaspoon (about 6 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add rolled oats, milk, water and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 10 min, 80°C, reverse speed 1
  • 3. Serve
