    METHOD


  • 1. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, dark brown sugar, dark soy sauce and clementine to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 3. Add prawns to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Transfer marinade to fish
  • 5. Marinate in fridge - 2 hr
  • 6. Assemble
  • 7. Pre-heat Grill
  • 8. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  • 9. Grill until cooked through
  • 10. Add clementine to the fish
  • 11. Garnish with cilantro
  • 12. Serve immediately
