    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 149°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add almond flour, cumin seeds and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Blitz
  • 5. Add egg to the dough
  • 6. Mix slowly until coarse crumbs form
  • 7. Roll out until 1/4" thick
  • 8. Cut out into squares with pizza cutter
  • 9. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 10. Bake until light golden - 10 min
  • 11. Let cool
