    ¼ cup (about 15.6 g)coarsely chopped

    1 kg (about ¾)separated

    METHOD


  • 1. Arrange whole chicken in a clean baking dish
  • 2. Crush garlic clove a clean small bowl
  • 3. Add honey, lemon and fresh chili to the mixture
  • 4. Mix well with tablespoon
  • 5. Pour mixture into chicken
  • 6. Add lemon peel to the chicken
  • 7. Marinate in fridge - 2 hr
  • 8. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 9. Turn skin side up
  • 10. Scatter garlic clove over the chicken
  • 11. Cook until golden brown - 45 min, 200°C
  • 12. Stir in fresh parsley to the chicken
  • 13. Season with salt & pepper
  • 14. Serve immediately
