    METHOD


  • 1. Add orange, orange, lime, lime, fresh chili, sunflower oil, garlic clove, muscovado sugar and cumin seeds to a clean glass baking dish
  • 2. Mix
  • 3. Add chicken breast to the chicken
  • 4. Toss well and cover
  • 5. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  • 6. Pre-heat Grill
  • 7. Retrieve
  • 8. Skewer
  • 9. Cook until cooked through then set aside
  • 10. Transfer chicken to serving plate
  • 11. Garnish with lemon and cilantro
  • 12. Serve
