  • Linguine icon

    375 g (about 3 ½ cups)

  • Butter icon

    1 tablespoon (about 14.4 g)

  • Olive oil icon

  • Lemon juice icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  • 2. Boil
  • 3. Season with salt generously
  • 4. Add linguine to the large saucepan
  • 5. Cook until al dente
  • 6. Add butter and olive oil to a clean frying pan
  • 7. Melt in frying pan - medium heat
  • 8. Add garlic clove, green onion and fresh chili to the frying pan
  • 9. Cook in frying pan while stirring occasionally - 3 min, medium heat
  • 10. Add jumbo shrimp to the frying pan
  • 11. Cook in frying pan until cooked through - 4 min, high heat
  • 12. Stir in lemon juice and cilantro to the frying pan and turn off heat
  • 13. Drain large saucepan
  • 14. Transfer pasta to frying pan
  • 15. Season with salt & pepper well
  • 16. Toss well until well combined
  • 17. Garnish with cilantro
  • 18. Serve
