    METHOD


  • 1. Add chicken breast to a clean cutting board
  • 2. Add ground turmeric and salt to a clean small bowl
  • 3. Mix with teaspoon
  • 4. Transfer spices to chicken
  • 5. Leave - 30 min
  • 6. Add lemongrass stalk to a clean work surface
  • 7. Beat
  • 8. Add peanuts to a clean food processor bowl
  • 9. Crush until fine
  • 10. Heat a clean frying pan
  • 11. Add long grain rice to the frying pan
  • 12. Toast in frying pan until golden brown
  • 13. Transfer content of food processor bowl to small bowl
  • 14. Transfer content of frying pan to food processor bowl
  • 15. Crush until fine
  • 16. Add vegetable oil to the frying pan
  • 17. Heat in frying pan
  • 18. Add onion to the frying pan
  • 19. Fry in frying pan until softened
  • 20. Transfer chicken to frying pan
  • 21. Add garlic clove, ginger, paprika and fresh chili to the frying pan
  • 22. Transfer content of work surface to frying pan
  • 23. Add fish sauce and water to the frying pan
  • 24. Boil in frying pan to simmer
  • 25. Transfer content of food processor bowl to small bowl
  • 26. Mix
  • 27. Transfer content of small bowl to frying pan
  • 28. Simmer in frying pan until cooked through - approx 15 min
  • 29. Stir noodles into the frying pan
  • 30. Heat in frying pan - 1 min
  • 31. Serve
  • 32. Garnish with egg, cilantro and green onion
