METHOD
1. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
2. Boil
3. Add pasta shells to the large saucepan
4. Cook until al dente
5. Add sausage and bulb of garlic to the TM5 bowl
6. Chop - approx 8 sec, reverse speed 8
7. Cook - approx 15 min, Varoma, speed 2
8. Add butter to a clean frying pan
9. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
10. Melt until lightly browned while stirring occasionally
11. Add fresh sage to the frying pan
12. Fry in frying pan until crispy
13. Drain with paper towels
14. Sprinkle with sea salt
15. Drain large saucepan
16. Transfer content of large saucepan to 4 large serving bowls
17. Transfer sausage mixture to 4 large serving bowls
18. Transfer herbs to 4 large serving bowls
19. Crumble soft goat cheese over the large serving bowls
20. Serve
