    227 g (about 1 ⅓)trimmed

    4 (about 4 g)cored, sliced

  • Maple syrup icon
    Maple syrup

    50 g (about 2 ⅜ tablespoons)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon
    Extra virgin olive oil

    50 g (about 3 ⅝ tablespoons)

  • Dijon mustard icon
    Dijon mustard

    1 ⅜ tablespoons (about 20 g)

  • Walnuts icon
    Walnuts

    100 g (about ¾ cup)shelled

  • Prosciutto icon
    Prosciutto

    4 (about 40 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 2. Add walnuts to the baking sheet
  • 3. Cook until toasted and let cool - 10 min, 200°C
  • 4. Transfer one third of the nuts to TM5 bowl
  • 5. Add lemon, maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil and dijon mustard to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 7. Then add the kale to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 5
  • 9. Then add the remaining kale to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  • 11. Toss salad until coated
  • 12. Add pink lady apple to the salad
  • 13. Add prosciutto to a clean frying pan
  • 14. Fry in frying pan until crispy and let cool - medium-high heat
  • 15. Arrange meat in salad
  • 16. Scatter nuts over salad
  • 17. Serve immediately
