  • Mango icon

    1 (about 180 g)peeled, cubed

  • Passion fruit pulp icon

    ¼ cup (about 49 g)

  • Greek yogurt icon

    200 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Ricotta cheese icon

    200 g (about 1 cup)

  • Vanilla bean paste icon

    1 teaspoon (about 6 g)

  • Raspberries icon

    100 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Coconut sugar icon

    1 tablespoon (about 13 g)

  • Orange zest icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add mango to the clean medium bowls
  • 2. Top with passion fruit pulp
  • 3. Add greek yogurt, ricotta cheese and vanilla bean paste to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Whisk - approx 20 sec, speed 4
  • 5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 6. Spoon content of TM5 bowl into 4 medium bowls
  • 7. Clean TM5 bowl with paper towels
  • 8. Add raspberries, coconut sugar and orange zest to the TM5 bowl
  • 9. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 10
  • 10. Drizzle 4 medium bowls with content of TM5 bowl
  • 11. Swirl
  • 12. Serve immediately
