A simple Daiquiri is sweetened white rum and citrus juice. Our recipe uses freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, which gives it a soft pink color and a not-too-sour citrus flavor.

    METHOD


  • 1. Chill a clean cocktail glass in freezer
  • 2. Add ice, rum, lime juice, simple syrup and grapefruit juice to a clean cocktail shaker

  • 5. Garnish with lime
